Since the 21st century, the whole world has been running fast to an ultimate goal called development. To some extend, changing is a by-product of the unexpected process. Predictably, the debate whether the social and cultural shifting is blis or curse has arisen a controversial conversation among people, In fact, meaningless changing lead us to nowhere but endless yearning and suffering.

A perfect society would be controlled by the "genenral will" of its populace (Jean-Jacques Rousseau). While how could tis be accomplished? Fantastical developing and changing must be a "smart" choice. Once the social development and improvemeng accomplish, the assorted materialization will meet the fatasdious requirements of the public. Then, we can pompously proclaim that the government satisfies the "general will" undoubtedly, from which every citizen can benifit. However, more importantly, this aspiration cannot come from changes or development, but must be from the people themselves.

Why the reputation of changing is so evil in fact? Before fighting back, we should firstly recognize the purpose of changing and constructing that occur in the modern society. Precisely, everryone live in a certain period of time through all his lifetime. Although it is people's responsibility to develop and change the present situation, we should also care about the life quality of our own and the descendants. If the changing or developing were necessary, people would devote themselves to the lifework without hesitation. Whereas, changs are frequently passive accepted now, not necessary needed or persued. The changeable society forces economical, educational and cultural altering, namely, stealing their free time in such a short lifetime.

If I do have a chance to choose changing or not, I will stand at the stable situation for a while for the peaceful and quite life. Unfortunately, the brief dream always elapses promptly even without our notice.
